Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction

10-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BeatOps subscription. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 10 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 10-day period:

  1. Send an email to support@beatops.nl
  2. Include your email address (the one used for purchase)
  3. Use the subject line: "Refund Request"

That's it. We won't ask why - we'll process your refund promptly.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your refund request:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days to initiate the refund
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account (depends on your bank)

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

After the 10-Day Period

After the initial 10-day refund period:

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • We may offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service will be addressed with priority

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't provide a refund. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, then you'll be downgraded to the free tier.

Refund returns your payment and immediately revokes your subscription access.

If you want to cancel without a refund, you can do so anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from BeatOps Settings).

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us for a refund before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur significant fees and administrative overhead. If you're experiencing any issue, we're committed to resolving it quickly.

If you've already initiated a chargeback but prefer to work with us directly, please contact us and we can help resolve the situation.

License Key Deactivation

Upon refund:

  • Your license key will be deactivated
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free tier
  • You'll retain access to all features available in the free tier
  • Your data and settings remain intact
